They say I’m a bogan from the wop-wops. Sweet as, bro. No worries.
Fact remains I’m no stranger to hard yakka. Take this cafe in Wellington where I rose straight up the ranks from barista to general manager.
People told me to be happy. Yeah, na. I wanted more than making flat whites and long blacks for the rest of my life.
See, I met a girl online, Isabella, from the States. Though everyone at home thought I was being a hard case, I made up my mind to move to Miami to be with her.

However, the first earning opportunity I discovered didn’t come from the Internet at all but from a trip I took with some friends to Kuala Lumpur.
When I exchanged my currency after coming back home, I discovered I had a little more than when I left. This happened because of some minor fluctuation between the New Zealand dollar and the Malaysian Ringgit while I was away.
But I started wondering, “Could I make a business out of exchanging one currency for another and then waiting for that currency to go up before trading it back?”

Making The Move
Soon, I was booking my flight and buying my ticket to Miami. Things worked out great.
I’ve adjusted just fine to the sun swept beaches of Florida – not all that different from my kiwi home.
Isabelle and I moved in together shortly after my arrival and I feel as if I’m living my best life. Don’t just accept the cards you’re dealt. Change your life. Make it happen today.
